We reschedule the aerial portion at no extra charge and shoot everything else — HDR, video, Matterport — as planned.

Not always. Drone flights are only done where local airspace rules allow it — some addresses fall inside restricted zones near airports, military or government facilities, national parks, or under HOA/local ordinance rules that prohibit drone flights. We confirm the listing address is clear to fly before booking Aerial Coverage; if it isn't, we'll let you know and adjust the booking (package price included) rather than shoot there anyway.
